Christmas Candies

Health., Life. / Sunday, December 23rd, 2018

Creating new traditions with your family is always the best. It’s a time to try new things while being in each others presence, and if you’re lucky you’ll have some great memories to cherish forever! Just like today. We decided it would be fun to try out some old family candy recipes, while adding in a few new ones. Let’s just say after 4 failed attempts, whipped cream explosions, and some burns on our hands, we created a cute lil batch of candies.
I don’t know why, but we thought it’d be easier than it was to succeed at candy making. It takes true skill & years of practice. No wonder our grandmas are so good at this stuff 🤔! Regardless of the messes we made, it was a fun experience & we can’t wait to try again next year… or maybe we can.
If you all want to try our recipes & add them into your own traditions, we wish you all the luck lol! Enjoy and have a very Merry Christmas 🎄♥
