Hey everyone! Long time no talk. 😐 February has been one of the busiest months for us in a long time. Needless to say, we’ve been kind of tired! But, we are back and better than ever 😚
I get asked aaa looottt about my foundation, powder, contour, etc. I’ve never went through a full face product list & explain what I use. Which is shocking bc it’s been the same for months lol. Today, I’m going to be sharing my EVERY DAY makeup routine- base only. Now these are not the only makeup products I use. But, these are the ones that I have been using the last month to achieve my full coverage looks!
All of these products work for my skin. Keep in mind not everyone will get the same results!
Primer: Clinique Pore Refining Solutions Instant Perfector
This is the only primer that I use. If you even consider it that. I don’t feel the need to use an actual face primer, I feel like my foundation looks the same no matter what.
But, I like to put this in my T-zone & specifically around my nose. It instantly fills in pores & mattifies those areas.
Foundation: Revlon ColorStay (oily skin)
I just recently found this foundation! It is by far one of my favorite drug store foundations. Since it’s for oily skins, it stays on for hours & dries down semi-matte. It has a medium/full coverage, and is definitely buildable. Don’t recommend for dry skin!
Concealer: Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer
Such a great concealer, especially for darker circles under the eyes! I use this to highlight & spot conceal after foundation. It gives me a medium coverage, but it’s light enough of a consistency that it doesn’t cake up or crease.
Powder: Airspun Translucent Loose Powder & L’Oreal True Match Pressed Powder
If you can get past the super fragrant Airspun powder, then you’re in for a treat. My all time FAVORITE loose powder from the drug store. I use it to set under my eyes, and it is perf for baking!
The L’Oreal powder is what I use to set my entire face (excluding under eyes).
Bronzer/Contour: Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer
One of the most beautiful bronze shades I’ve used on my skin tone. I have a fair complexion & this is one of the only bronzers that doesn’t make me look like an orange. Instead, it gives off a shadow-y look, but still looks warm on the skin.
Blush: Clinique Cheek Pop – Peach Pop
WHO DOESN’T LOVE A PEACH BLUSH!? This one is sooo pretty. It looks natural & has teeny tiny specs of shimmer, so it makes it look like you are glowing from within!
Highlight: House of Beauty- ANY highlighters
MY FAVORITE for the past like 5 months. Not one of their highlighters have bombed. They are all different. Some are glittery, some look wet, some are holographic, some are creamy, it literally just depends on what you want. My all time favorites are Ice Queen, La Perla, Daydream, and Belle Lumiere. Use code SLAY20* for 20% off your purchase of any House of Beauty products.
That’s it you all! Super easy & is amazing imo. Of course! Let me know on here, or on our instagram (Autumn__Elizabeth) if you would like to see my favorite brushes for the entire face!
