Ways to feel better on a Monday:
- Take a warm bath. Maybe throw a bath bomb or some salts in there.
- Wear the comfiest clothes you can. Being uncomfortable on a Monday is just wrong.
- Treat yourself to something delicious, like a gooey chocolate brownie.
- Listen to your favorite music while getting ready.
- Spend extra time on yourself in the morning. Give yourself a pep talk if needed!
- Get AT LEAST 8 hours of sleep Sunday night.
- Eat a healthy, but delicious breakfast.
- Plan something to look forward to. Maybe Happy Hour Margaritas?
- Take a walk to clear your mind.
- Plan yourself a little vacation. Make Monday designated planning day.
